POST MATCH INTERVIEW: COACH JUMA ABDALLA
Coach Juma has exuded confidence that the team will get the desired results in the remaining fixtures and finish in the top ten at the end of the Season.
Speaking after the one-all draw against Ulinzi Stars FC, Coach Juma noted that the players were affected by the back to back fixtures but was happy that they still pushed and managed to get two points from the three matches played.
"You could see that we had some tired legs in the match as the game went on. Of course most of these players are playing the top flight league for the first time and have never been in this situation (where you play three matches in a week). I'm however happy that we got a point from the match and also from the last match." Coach Juma.
The Seals have three matches remaining to the end of the season; two home ties against Kenya Police FC and Shabana FC and an away tie against Kakamega Homeboyz FC, matches scheduled to be played between 16th June 2024 and 23rd June 2024. Coach Abdalla, in the interview, was confident that the Seals will get at least two wins from the remaining fixtures.
"We have three fixtures remaining. Our recent results have been encouraging and I'm confident going into the next round of matches and can assure you that we shall get at least two wins from the remaining three matches. Our target is to finish as high in the league standings as possible and that means that we must get results in those three fixtures".
The Seals are currently in 12th position with 37 points.
